Cloud Network Engineer

For a well established IT Company with a solid industry leading customer-base we are looking for a Cloud Network Engineer.

You oversee the digital transformation initiatives related to:

1. Kickoff & discuss digital transformation initiatives with customers related to Microsoft 365 platform.
2. Works with end-users to maximize their productivity using the features and capabilities of Microsoft Teams.
3. Provide Microsoft 365 architecture best practices for server infrastructure.
4. Design and implementation of modern hybrid cloud-based desktops (Included remote desktop services)
5. Implementation on centralize configurations using Ms. Intune or Group Policy to enforce standards for system.
6. Proactive monitoring and alerting services for the Microsoft 365 environment.
7. Deployment of advanced Microsoft 365 Services related to Compliance and Governance
8. Documenting, verifying, and implementing changes in a live production network.
9. Manage the technical planning and execution of Microsoft 365 projects.

Qualifications required:

1. Has a passion for technology and have strong sense of urgency and drive.
2. Strong analytical skills, and assumes a leadership role in the resolution of complex technical issues
3. Has attention to details.
4. Innovative thinking and preference for action balanced with a strong customer and quality focus
5. Has a learning and growing mindset.
6. Proven ability to communicate with team members & to build trust and partnership with vendors.
7. Strong technical writing and documentation skills
8. Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
9. At least 1 years of working experience in implementation enterprise networks or software development.
10. Must be able to deal with stress associated with a fast-paced work environment and strict deadlines.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and Papiamentu
12. Any certifications related to Microsoft 365 platform is a plus.
