Customer Service Officer

The CSO is responsible for contributing to an Extraordinary Customer Experience and Company Revenue and Profitability by making sure customer orders are delivered complete, accurate, on-time, in full within the established service level time frame and with a smile.

Responsibilities:
  1. The CSO receives customer orders via phone, fax, email and walk-in customers;
  2. The CSO makes proformas when applicable and accurately processes customer orders according to the Sales Order Fulfillment procedure;
  3. The CSO arranges all paperwork for delivery of the items and communicates internally and with the customer regarding the order, the expected delivery date(s), the delivery documentation and confirms receipt of items in good order at the customer site;
  4. The CSO monitors open orders and follows up internally and with the customer to make sure all items are delivered complete, accurate, on time, in full and with a smile;
  5. The CSO delivers an Extraordinary Customer Experience to achieve 100% customer retention;
  6. The CSO contributes to Company Growth and Revenue by ensuring all orders have accurate pricing for all items and additional charges.
Requirements:
  1. Education M.B.O to H.B.O level;
  2. 1 to 2 years work experience;
  3. You have a very good command of the English language;
  4. You have good communication skills, are friendly and customer focused;
  5. You have some experience in a customer service related role, for example callcenter agent, shop assistant, salesman etc.
