Digital Marketeer

Job Description

This position puts you in charge of the website and social media of the organization.  As part of the marketing team, you will be coordinating everything from media schedules to brand events and developing digital content strategies.

The creation of engaging content, implementing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing their performance will all fall under your responsibility. If you have experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords plus basic graphic design, photo and video editing skills - this position has your name written all over it.

Job responsibilities:

1. Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs. By working together with Designers and Copywriters, when necessary.
2. Managing the online tools such as website, mobile app, tv and service point.
3. Keeping up to date with new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends and implementing these in developing campaigns.
4. Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blog by working together with Designers and Copywriters (when necessary)
5. Implementing and supporting digital marketing strategies including social media, email, blog, display advertising, PPC, SEO and more
6. Innovating and presenting new digital/social/content strategies
7. Measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
8. Brainstorming new and creative ideas with marketing department

You will also support the marketing manager with marketing activities including:

1. Development of media schedules and purchase media at various channels
2. Planning and coordination of brand events/ activations
3. Developing the Channel Strategy (online part)

Your skills:

1. Excellent written and oral skills in Dutch & English (Papiamentu is a pre)
2. Social media & online marketing knowledge
3. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords
4. Affinity in on- and offline marketing
5. Basic graphic design skills
6. Basic photo and video (editing) skills
