For a dynamic, fast-paced growing IT network management company with more than 20 years of experience in providing a quality full-service infrastructure, design, installation & maintenance of computer networks. we are looking for a dynamic professional for the following position: Inside Sales IT Engineer

The company is further expanding its Product Department team to better suit the high demand of its various clients.
The Inside Sales Engineer is the initial technical resource for the internal & external Sales team. The role operates as a bridge between customers and Technical/Engineering teams, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of ICT products.

The main focus of the role is the preparation of accurate product estimates whilst communicating requirements with customers and internal departments.The Inside Sales Engineer must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all application issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  1. Understands ICT and has a passion for technology
  2. Has persuasive communication skills and ability to listen and understands customer requirements
  3. Able to assist outside sales team and resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc...
  4. Production of quotations for customers in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner.
  5. Management of hardware & software contract expirations, create purchase & sales order
  6. Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
  7. Identify and communicate customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth
  8. Is curious and has a learning and growing mindset
  9. Is looking for a challenging function in a dynamic environment
  10. Can work well in a collaborative environment/ team
  11. Able to work with different sales tools to maximize sales
Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years and maximum 5 years’ experience in Sales support or Customer service
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and Papiamentu
  4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  5. Must be able to deal with stress associated with a fast-paced work environment and strict deadlines.
