Manager Business Operations

The Manager Business Operations is responsible for contributing to an extraordinary customer Experience and company revenue and profitability.

Tasks:
  1. The Manager OPS organize and oversee the Recording, Reporting and Reviewing of relevant business parameters and where necessary, respond in collaboration with senior leadership through actions and resource allocation.
  2. He oversees all internal operational aspects of the company, including Finance,HR & Environment, IT, Quality Assurance, Ethics & Compliance, Warehousing, Regulatory Affairs and Business Performance Monitoring and Analysis.
  3. He also supports strategic company growth by ensuring proper systems and structures are in place to achieve and maintain market access in all territories of the Caribbean.
  4. The Manager BizOps contributes to growth and profitability by ensuring relevant business parameters are recorded, that the relevant reports to monitor business performance are created and reviewed with the relevant team members at regular intervals, and that there is an adequate response when necessary, on resource allocation in order to achieve company objectives and key results.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration;
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
  3. Experience in managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies;
  4. Strong Finance background is a must;
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  6. Must be able to communicate in English;
  7. Outstanding people skills.
