Operations Specialist

Job responsibilities:
  1. As part of the marketing team, you will be the functional manager of applications, database and terminal portals;
  2. You are also in charge of the management and maintenance of the different portals;
  3. You are the first point of contact and source of information for colleagues and suppliers;
  4. Support with problems, ensure that issues are resolved;
  5. Records and identifies user requirements;
  6. Test updates and new functionalities;
  7. Create user manuals and process descriptions;
  8. Communicates with users;
  9. Setting up, testing and maintaining groups, merchants, scan’r accounts, vouchers;
  10. Support in the preparation of reports and analyses;
  11. Contribute to cleaning and enriching the data;
  12. Contribute to optimizing operational processes.
Requirements:
  1. HBO - work and thinking level;
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of functional management and applications management & processes;
  3. Preferably in marketing & retail environment;
  4. Proficient in written and oral skills in Dutch & English (Papiamentu is a pre);
  5. You have an affinity with IT.;
  6. You have affinity with processes
  7. Analytical ability: analyzing and structuring complex issues and processes.;
  8. Experience with process descriptions and acceptance testing..
